If you’re like me, and let’s face it you probably are in this case, you find watching episodes of Black Mirror eerie and uncomfortable. That’s because the technology is so dark and menacing and often acts as a worrying reflection of our current lives and society. But what makes it more concerning, is that some of the predictions and on-screen technology seen in Black Mirror have or are at least close to becoming a reality. Without freaking you all out too much some of these crazy predictions are no longer that, they are very real and are here to stay.

In this video we will take a look at ten or so times that Black Mirror actually predicted the future and even include what the show’s creator, Charlie Brooker, makes of this. Including robotic animals from the show actually being made, people being digitally recreated by major companies and even having the things we see in the real world being live streamed and recorded. Get ready to smash through the black mirror and into the scary world of the present.
