As you know, there is a plethora of on screen content that was originally based on a comic book out there. With MCU and the superhero genre being at an all time high, we are seeing a continuing trend of comic book series and graphic novels making their way to the big screen. This isn’t any different on the small screen with a number of shows based off of comic books. There are some very notable ones that you probably already knew about such as Daredevil, Arrow and Riverdale, the big name superheroes which are property of the likes of Marvel and DC, but there are some that you may not have known about. Some obscure comic book series that you probably didn’t know have their roots from the world of comic books.

In this video we will take a look at some of the most popular TV shows today that got their start from graphic novels and comic books. From a dysfunctional superhero family to a dysfunctional league of supes who are actually the villains to demon fighting characters to the devil himself, these are some of the most interesting shows that are and were once comic books.
