Things may be weird right now in the real world, but we assure you, these cartoon villains may just be weirder. We all love a good villain but these particular entries feature some of the most bizarre and unusual creations ever put to animation. Let’s start off with an icon: Majin Buu. This pink blob is one of the final antagonists in Dragon Ball Z and his naive, childlike demeanor makes his crimes that much more chilling. Clayface and Condiment King are two weird villains found in Batman The Animated Series and one of them may actually be the lamest villain in the entire DC pantheon.
Cobra Commander, like the rest of G.I. Joe is either an icon of cool or downright weird. We’re going with the latter, as this is a snake man with a weird fascination with...snakes. HIM is the flamboyant devil antagonist found in Powerpuff Girls who really sticks out of the show tonally.
Rasputin from the 90s animated movie Anastasia makes absolutely no sense both in the movie and in the confines of history. Likewise, Adonis from Ren and Stimpy makes no sense...but nothing in that show really does anyway. Dr. Claw from Inspector Gadget is weird because we never see anything of him other than said claw. Skeletor is the main baddie in He-Man but when you think about it, how does this guy make sense? He’s also laughably no menacing at all. Finally, we have Krag, the talking brain in a vat from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Heads up: his vat is not on the exo suit’s shoulders.
