15 Disney Fan Theories That May Actually Be Right
Description
Disney, largest provider of copyright complaints to community theaters and formative childhood experiences in the world, has blessed humanity with a wealth of content best-suited for people to theorize about over the internet. This is simply a fact. It’s also true that countless other franchises and fictional universes labor under the brunt of fan-made explanations for plot holes: among the well-regarded hypothesis of the web are the ‘Pokemon takes place after a catastrophic war,” and “Ed, Edd, and Eddie is actually set in Purgatory and all the children died during different time periods in American History.” But Disney takes the cake here-- especially after acquiring theory-rival Star Wars. Problem is: with so many fan theories out there, which ones might actually have some merit?
Were Lilo’s parents in the CIA? Is every Pixar movie taking place in the same universe? Is it possible that, like, half of all protagonists in disney movies have been dead this whole time? How are Ariel and Hercules related? What about Tarzan and Elsa? Jane and the Beast? Is it possible that the Cars from Cars are a combination of warlock and war criminal? Is there honestly a world where the space-bound humans in Wall-e are actually eating, uh, Soylent Green 2.0? Join us as we spelunk our way through the trunk of forgotten fan theories in order to uncover those Disney claims and Mickey Myths most viable to our modern minds.
