With the new season of HBO’s Westworld almost upon us, we just can’t wait to see what they have in store! Westworld is easily one of the most suspenseful, nail-biting, and seriously confusing shows out there! It’s easy to get lost in all of the high-stakes intrigue and miss the fact that the show is also totally packed with incredible details in every single frame! Even the design of the show is so thoughtful, it can tell you when exactly you are just by looking at the Westworld logo! The show also loves to honour the original movie that it is sourced from, like when they put a replica of the original Yul Brenner Gunslinger character into the background of a scene! They are also great at sneaking in contemporary songs that audiences know and love disguised as western piano music, in order to get an emotional reaction from the audience! From going from a robotic and smooth camera stabilizer before things go awry to a handheld shaky camera to signal that the world is coming undone, the minds behind the show are incredibly detail oriented! Some of the characters have names that seem to indicate an oncoming apocalypse, the mind of a deceased character is literally turned into music, a father can’t get passed the last interaction he had with his son, and a library filled with hidden references and easter eggs are just a few more of all of the amazing details from Westworld that you might have missed. Check out the video below to catch them all!
