The Predator was a landmark movie that introduced one of the most iconic monster designs of all time. This movie left a legacy that’s endured for over 35 years, asn with Prey hitting it big on Hulu, we thought it’d be fun to re-examine the original classic and use our infrared vision to spot some details that may have been using active camouflage. We’re going to dive into the history of the original and final designs, how the multitude of production difficulties benefited the film, and learn about Arnold Shwarzenegger’s favorite one-liner. We’ll also examine some classic scenes with a new perspective as decades of time and additional lore have only bolstered the love of this incredible series. You might find some unexpected cameos from DC comics and the origin of some of the most beloved video game characters of all time thanks to the influence of timeless characters like Blain. We might also clear up some popular misconceptions of the titular Predator himself, as his name might not be as accurate as you think (although it is very cool).
