Guys, if you STILL haven't seen Avengers: Endgame, first of all, why on Earth not? And second of all, be warned, this video (and indeed this text) contains spoilers.

The fourth Avengers movie was, of course, the culmination of the Infinity Saga - eleven years and twenty-two movies' worth of Marvel Cinematic Universe goodness - but it also signalled the dawn of a new era in the franchise.

While we've said goodbye to a number of key characters - both heroes and villains - the movie has paved the way for new ones to take their place, and for new stories to be told.

In this video, we'll run you through twenty-five ways in which Avengers: Endgame setup the future of the MCU.

Some of the things the video will include are; the clear setup for a Young Avengers team in the MCU, the hint towards characters like Namor the Sub-Mariner and Captain Britain, the possibility of Red Skull becoming a villain in the franchise again, the possibility of an all-female superhero team in the MCU, the possibility of Thanos returning ("I am inevitable"), the setup for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, the setup for Happy Hogan taking on a new fatherly role in the franchise, the setup for the new Captain America, and the post-credits hint at Iron Man's potential future return.

We hope you enjoy the video! Please leave a comment letting us know what you thought about it. And don't forget to subscribe to Screen Rant's YouTube channel, so you never miss our great new video uploads in the future.
