Avengers: Every New Timeline Created In Endgame

One of the lovely things about the Marvel Cinematic Universe at its inception was how accessible it was to the casual fan. The average moviegoer could head to the cinema and check out the newest Iron Man or Captain America film without having to know much about the characters. As the MCU has become a cultural juggernaut, it has started to parallel the comics where a deep knowledge of lore is required through it’s 20+ movie catalogue, collection of one shots and the continuously developing Disney Plus series.

For instance, The Falcon first appeared in Captain America And The Winter Soldier, cameoed in standalone films like Antman, aided the Avengers in Infinity War and Endgame which spun off into the Disney + series Falcon And The Winter Soldier before finally setting up Captain America 4 where Sam Wilson himself is the new Captain America. Wild, right?

It’s not just character arcs that have become increasingly confusing, but rather the entirety of the timeline itself. Avengers: Endgame introduced the concept of time travel which in itself opens the door wide open for head scratching logic and insane theories; Heck the upcoming Disney+ Series Loki will delve deep into this concept with the Time Variance Authority trying to make some sense of this Multiverse Of Madness. With Endgame opening the door to alternate timelines, we are going to be covering all the alternate universes that now exist in the MCU and the future ramifications they present. Just how does Captain America return those Infinity Stones? What happens to the Guardians Of The Galaxy if the 2014 Thanos time travels to 2023 and dies there? Is there even a main timeline at this point? Stay tuned, we will get to the bottom of all this!
