The Mouse House makes the best cartoon films, Marvel movies and Star Wars spin-offs the big screen has ever seen. While they’ve had no problem throwing massive amounts of money on projects ranging from Aladdin, The Lion King, Pocahontas, Beauty and the Beast and The Little Mermaid to The Avengers, Rogue One and The Mandalorian. As much as this company behind the MCU, Pixar, and Lucasfilm loves films with massive budgets, they also like to cut those budgets when they can. In a cartoon, the easiest way to do that is to reuse animation from an earlier film by just changing certain aspects of it so no one notices. A dance sequence from Robin Hood may be the exact same one from The Jungle Book and no one cares because the characters have been replaced. So just how often do they do this sort of thing? Well, the answer is A LOT. Throughout the looooong history of Mickey, Winne the Pooh and the dozens of fairy tale adaptations they have made, there have been a ton of sequences, character designs and full scenes pretty much ripped from one movie and crudely pasted on to another with some minor changes. But hey, as long as the songs are fresh and the characters are lovable, does it even matter? Why don’t you decide?

So what are the best examples of the company robbing from themselves to give to themselves? Let’s find out! Don’t forget to like, subscribe and share for more from ScreenRant!
