Disney Villains Who Should Get Their Own Origin Film

It's becoming more and more common for bad guys to get the spotlight in movies. The 2014 movie "Maleficent" and 2019's "Joker" both proved to be huge box office hits, and most recently, 2021's "Cruella" was received very well by critics. So while villains may always be bad, they're proving that they don't always have to be antagonists.

With Disney behind two of those recent successes, it stands to reason that more films featuring iconic baddies in lead roles will be on the way in the years to come. And Disney certainly has no shortage of iconic characters to give the "Cruella" treatment. But who should be first? Here are the Disney villains who should get their own origin film.
