Doctor Strange 2: Every Surprise Cameo Explained
Description
Sylvie’s stab into He Who Remains has unleashed exactly what he said it would. In the series What If…? an Infinity Stone powered Ultron meant that Uatu had to create a cross dimensional Avengers to save the multiverse, Peter Parker and Doctor Strange poked holes in it over Peter’s identity crisis, and now Wanda Maximoff has torn down the walls of the multiverse so that she can find one universe where her boys are real and then she can live out her normal sitcomesque life. It’s just that the Wanda already there will have to, you know, get out of the way. Her goal in this mission is a dimension jumping America Chavez. With all that dimension jumping there’s bound to be some crazy dimensions, like the one where everyone was paint, as well as some familiar faces and hints at some future stars. There’s even an appearance not only of Professor X played by Patrick Stewart, but with the musical cue and yellow hoverchair of the fan favorite X-Men the Animated Series tv show from 1992, which itself will be getting an extended season on Disney+ soon. There’s also a bit of fancasting come true that’s sure to set fans into a dance of joy not seen since Andrew Garfield walked through a slingring portal. What cameo did we miss and which was your favorite? Better yet, what do you think the cameos mean for the future?
