The Disney Investors event gave us a lot to talk about in regards to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, including a full teaser trailer for the upcoming Disney+ series, Falcon and the Winter Soldier. While we already knew a bit about the show and who we were going to see in it, the trailer gave us a reveal of a possible villain who might just play a big role in the overall plot.

We got a very, very brief look at a character that seems to be none other than Flag-Smasher.

Wait a minute. Who the heck is Flag-Smasher? And what could this mean for the series?

Luckily, that’s exactly what I am here to talk about. I’ll take a look at Flag-Smasher’s comic origins, and what we might expect to see do to stand in the way of Sam Wilson and Bucky Barnes moving forward.
