House Of The Dragon Episode 8: 14 Things You Missed
Description
SPOILER WARNING FOR EPISODE 8 OF HOUSE OF THE DRAGON SEASON 1!
House of the Dragon is back with more bloodshed, family intrigue, betrayal, passive aggressive comments, simmering tensions and Daemon doing something douchey but in a somehow charming way. The episode had all as the tensions continue to escalate, so do the stakes, and you can be certain that all out war will be coming quicker than winter. This episode painstakingly continued to set up the ground work for Dance of the Dragons, laying plot points and hiding easter eggs in it’s episode, and with everything going on and Viserys’ new mask, it is easy to miss some of these things hiding in plain sight.
That’s why in this video we thought we would go over a number of these easter eggs, hidden plot points, changes and references to the book and even nods to Game of Thrones. Such as Vaemond Velaryon’s true fate in the book, how Viserys’ health differs in the book, the return of a certain pig (well, kind of), another ominous prophecy which could be a nod to one of the most disturbing moments in the book, dialogue taken right out of Game of Thrones, the importance of the different teas, what those dragon eggs mean, the introduction of two vital characters in the civil war, a history lesson in High Valyrian and the nods to real life history. This is 14 or so things you missed in House of the Dragon episode 8.
