As you are probably very aware right now, the Godzilla vs Kong trailer has dropped and it has given us many tasty teasers and clips that have left us very excited. One of the most important pieces of the trailer though is easily the part that saw Kong yielding an axe against his reptile foe. But this axe is by no means just a regular old axe made of typical materials, but instead is extremely powerful, a weapon that is potentially perfectly suited to take out Godzilla, and an object that could turn the movie completely on it’s head.

But what exactly are the axe’s powers? What is it made of? And why and how could it possibly lead to Kong’s victory over Kong? We are going to cover all those questions and more in this video, delving into the axe’s origins and what it’s made from, how Kong might have gotten it, and how it could potentially be the Monsterverse’s version of Stormbreaker. In fact, this axe may change what seemingly was a one sided fight completely on its head, with it being the key in defeating Godzilla and making Kong the one and only King.

But what do you make of this axe? Do you think it will give Kong the advantage? Or are you Team Godzilla and still think he will win? Do you think the axe has some properties that we aren’t aware of? Let us know below and subscribe today for everything Godzilla vs Kong!
