Marvel Phase 4 is FINALLY on the way. After a year of watching Black Widow and The Eternals getting their release pushed back again and again, it’s comforting to know that this time it will actually come out. As Marvel amps up the hype for Phase 4, let’s take a look back at the MCU’s greatest winning streak yet. That would of course be Phase 3 that covered the films between Captain America: Civil War to Spider-Man: Far From Home. This includes box office shattering hits like Black Panther, Captain Marvel and the Infinity War, Endgame duo.
These films include the introductions of thrilling concepts like the nation of Wakanda, the secret society of sorcerers, and a world ruled by Jeff Goldblum. The series saw bold character development for Captain America, Iron Man, Thor and the rest of the Avengers. It also featured some of the most fun the MCU has ever presented with the likes of the Guardians of the Galaxy, Spider-Man and Ant-Man.
Most notably, it was the one that featured the inevitable arrival of Thanos and his final fight to gain all of the infinity stones. This ended with one of the most climactic final scenes in film history. They then followed it up with the Avengers striking back with time travel and a battle sequence you probably couldn’t hear over the sounds of the crowd cheering.
