One of the characters on Spongebob that isn’t talked about quite as much as the others, but is definitely one of our favourites, has got to be Mrs Puff. The pufferfish driving teacher who lives in Bikini Bottom is always doing her best to help the hopeless Spongebob how to drive a boat. And, of course, it never quite goes as planned. In fact, it goes so badly that Mrs Puff has actually wound up in jail more times than any other character in all of Spongebob Squarepants! She is getting thrown into prison in almost every episode that she appears in, and it is very rarely her fault. Because of his reckless driving, Spongebob has gotten Mrs Puff into trouble with the law over and over again, to the point that she almost loses her mind completely! But there is something about Mrs Puff that makes us wonder if she was actually all there to begin with. Some fan theories actually suggest that there might be a side to Mrs Puff that is a whole lot more sinister than we have been led to believe. From her incredibly mysterious past before she moved to Bikini Bottom, to the unexplained passing of her husband, Mr Puff, to her history as an actual bank robber, we can’t help but wonder if Mrs Puff is hiding a terrible secret.
