The Batman Fans Think We've Already Seen The Future Robin

Batman's stalwart Boy Wonder sidekick, Robin, was a huge part of '60s TV Batman, but Tim Burton omitted him from the game-changing "Batman" in 1989 and its sequel, "Batman Returns." Joe Schumacher included Robin in "Batman Forever" and "Batman and Robin," played by Chris O'Donnell, but the closest we've gotten to a Robin on the big-screen since is Joseph Gordon-Levitt in "The Dark Knight Rises." The gritty "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" featured a monument to his off-screen death, so does the grimdark "The Batman" include a similar nod, or is this another Robin-free affair?
