The Boys Season 3: This Is Not The End Of Stormfront

The Boys season 2 finale was one crazy, headpopping event! It left us all with a ton of questions, but one of the biggest had to be the fate of Stormfront. When we last saw her, she was attacking Becca which didn’t make the young Ryan all too happy. He ended up unleashing a massive laser blast that left Stormfront horribly burned and missing a few limbs. It was a brutal end for a character who arguably deserved a lot worse. But then something interesting happened. We were told that Stormfront was still alive and was being kept in an undisclosed location. And then creator Eric Kripke confirmed that Stormfront wasn’t dead after the finale. So this creates an interesting scenario where Stormfront could potentially return next season to cause more trouble for the Boys and even the Seven.

One possible way Stormfront can return is if she’s given Lamplighter’s comic arc, with a few minor tweaks. In the comics, Lamplighter was brought back as a zombie thanks to Compound V and it wouldn’t be that surprising to see that storyline play out with Stormfront instead. After all, she was the first successful supe and that makes her DNA incredibly valuable to Vought. You think they would just keep her restrained and not experiment on her body? So it’s totally in the realm of possibility that she could return even more monstrous than before!
