The Complete Spider-Man Timeline Explained

SPOILERS YOU GUYS, ‘cause we’re talking ALL Spidey movies, including No Way Home, all in chronological order, universe by universe. Yep, Tobey Maguire’s web head, Andrew Garfield’s wall crawler, and Tom Holland’s meddlesome insect are all covered in their entirety. It’s a whole lot of comic book craziness! The series starts in 2002 and ends 2024, and in that time we get villains like Green Goblin, Venom, Electro, Doctor Otto “Octopus” Octavius, Curt “The Lizard” Conners, Mysterio, and Sandman – some of whom made it into No Way Home! Now as much as I would love to go all the way back to the comics or even the cartoon, it’s A not my job here today but also B all essentially covered in the films — to varying degrees. For example, in the comic and basically every other iteration, Peter Parker isn’t cursed with Cronenbergian wrist holes that spurt out spider goo from what I assume is a supply that is slowly replacing his organs to garner space in that tight bod. However, the other films don’t mess with perfection and just give him webshooters. ANYWAY. The point I’m trying to make is that we’re talkin’ just the live action films from Sam Raimi’s dank AF trilogy — that’s what the kid’s are saying these days right? — all the way through to the latest films. As such, we’re leaving a few things out — including my really gross fan fiction about what happens when Bully Maguire over here fills up with too much web fluid. Unless my boss wants that. No? OK, moving on.
