The Fantastic Four Scene That Almost Made Jessica Alba Quit Acting

Marvel’s Fantastic Four has been one of those comic properties that just hasn’t had much luck when it comes to onscreen adaptations. While it may be up for debate exactly which failure is the worst failure, one thing is for sure: 2007’s Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer is bad, both as an adaptation and as a movie in general.
As it turns out, being in this particular Fantastic Four installment may have been just as terrible as having to sit through watching it. Jessica Alba, who played Susan Storm, didn’t get along with Rise of the Silver Surfer’s director, but there’s one experience that may have led to her leaving Hollywood altogether.
