WandaVision is taking the internet by storm. Word on the street is the television show is a monumental first step for phase four of the MCU. How do I know this? Well, the early easter eggs and subtle hints to larger themes are the main reasons. Things are about to get massive, you guys.

House of M is clearly making its round as a more self-contained series, rather than the blockbuster comics we saw Brian Michael Bendis create. The wine label is evidence enough that this is what’s happening. Now, I’ll get more into this during the video, but keep in mind that there’s a lot more to this than just a cute send-up.

You’ve also heard all your friends on Twitter talking about SWORD. What is SWORD? Turns out it’s a huge aspect of Earth’s defense measures and the space equivalent of SHIELD. However, that’s only true for the comics. As best I can tell, that’s changed slightly for the MCU, and WandaVision is the proof.

The grander point in all of this is that WandaVision means more: more characters, more storylines, and more mysteries to unravel. If Phase Four is a new era for Marvel, then WandaVision acts as a reset button. Don’t worry if that doesn’t quite make sense at the moment. It’ll all become clear by the end of the video.
