As expected, the Disney+ series WandaVision is expanding the roster of characters with super powers. However, the latest character to gain abilities is not one that a lot of people expected to see do so in this series.

Episode 7 saw the superhero origin of one Monica Rambeau, Lieutenant Trouble herself.

Now yea, I know that Monica is a character from the comics who has powers, but I personally kinda expected her to wait until Captain Marvel 2 to become the hero we see on the page.

Now, for those of you out there who aren’t comic readers, you might be a bit confused by what exactly Monica can do. I mean, it's not like the show has explained it yet.

Well, that’s what I am here for! I’m gonna break down what we know about what she can do in the MCU proper, and then also take a look at her comic counterpart, and see how that might inform what we should expect from her in the future.
