There is a LOT to talk about with the Pirates of The Caribbean these days; a female led reboot led by Margot Robbie and a potential continuation of Johnny Depp's iconic role... maybe. In a franchise where whenever Jack Sparrow isn’t on screen, everyone is asking “Where is Jack Sparrow?”, it seems like a huge bonehead move to make. Not only that, but with talks that Gore Verbinski won’t be returning, fans are puzzled at what there is to look forward to anymore. Despite not often talked about, the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise has always been an incredible adventure series, that could possibly match the adventures of Indiana Jones or Star Wars.
